Description of service
LocalPulse is a social media analytics and content intelligence SaaS product for businesses.
User accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, accurate details, and activities carried out under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for spam, fake accounts, unlawful access, or abuse of third-party platform policies.
Payments and credits
Subscriptions and AI credits may be billed in advance. Used AI credits are non-refundable. Refund requests for unused services are reviewed case-by-case.
AI usage notice
AI outputs are suggestions and are not guaranteed to deliver specific business outcomes.
Intellectual property
All LocalPulse software, branding, and documentation remain property of CDGreatest Technologies Limited except where otherwise stated.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, CDGreatest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from platform use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
